To register and use a 123go account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
123go takes age verification seriously. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one 123go account. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts using the same device, phone number, payment method or household are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 123go will close all but the original account and may withhold any balances held across them.
When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, mobile phone number and any identity information requested during the verification process. You must keep this information up to date throughout your time as a 123go member.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 123go recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available through your account settings. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account login is your responsibility until you notify 123go support that your account has been compromised.
Creating an account using false details, a false date of birth or someone else's payment information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 123go may also report fraudulent registration attempts to relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on 123go are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied and no conversion fees are charged by the Platform.
123go accepts deposits through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers settle within a few hours during banking hours.
Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts in a family member's name — are not permitted and will be reversed.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers settle within a few banking hours. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for verified accounts.
123go does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of 123go.
123go is required to verify player identities to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm eligibility. Verification is triggered at certain deposit thresholds, on the first withdrawal request and in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
Verification documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of the payment method used (such as a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet), and in some cases a selfie alongside your CNIC. All documents must be submitted through the secure upload portal within your account settings.
Failure to complete verification within 14 days of a request being issued will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. If verification is not completed within 30 days, 123go may close the account and return any unplayed deposit funds to the original payment source minus any processing costs incurred.
Verification is a standard industry requirement, not a penalty. The process typically takes less than 24 hours once documents are received. It protects players from unauthorised withdrawals from their accounts.
123go offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and tournament prize pools. Each promotion has its own specific terms published at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all 123go bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Qualifying games for wagering are specified per promotion; live casino side bets, jackpot games and certain high-variance slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states a different period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining in a bonus wallet after the expiry date will be removed automatically.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
123go monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk betting designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, matched betting using bonus funds, and coordination between multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance removed and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.
Withdrawing your real-money deposit before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. If you do not wish to accept a bonus, contact 123go support before making your deposit and it can be declined in advance.
All games available on 123go — including live casino tables, online slots, fishing games, Ludo rooms and esports betting markets — operate under the specific rules published for each game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game being played.
RNG-based games use certified random number generators that are independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels) managed by professional dealers in certified studios. The published RTP for each game reflects the expected long-term return and is audited as part of the certification process.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result or the recording of a bet, 123go reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. Winnings generated from a technical error that produces an obviously incorrect result (for example, a roulette wheel displaying two simultaneous winning numbers) are not valid and will be removed.
Disconnections during live casino games are handled according to each game's specific disconnection policy. In most live table games, if a player disconnects after a bet is placed and a result is produced, the result stands and any winnings are credited automatically.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 123go. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
123go cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and regulatory bodies in investigations relating to financial crime, fraud or unlawful gambling activity associated with accounts on the Platform.
All content on the 123go Platform — including the platform name, logo, game content, graphical interfaces, written content, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 123go or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the 123go Platform without the express prior written consent of 123go. Unauthorised use of 123go intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

In all cases, 123go's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits 123go's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
123go collects and processes personal data to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your information is never sold to third-party marketers.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting 123go support at support@123go-app.com.
123go reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 123go will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulation.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the Terms are revised. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before playing. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
